I am a mother of 4, and grandma of 2. I have been babysitting little ones since I was a child myself, starting at my family church.  I have an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education, I am tier 3 certified through DCFS, and am first aid and CPR certified.

I have worked at the childcare at a YMCA and a Montessori when I was still in school.  I worked at Trinity Childcare after graduation. After working at a center, I had my own home childcare set up that was in process of licensing. Unfortunately when Covid hit, I shut my daycare down due to profit loss. It did not feel right charging parents for me having to turn them away.

I am now offering Drop-in childcare in the comfort of your home. I am available 24hrs-7 for date nights, a backup-sitter, or even a part time job.

Rates: I try to keep my rates as affordable as possible because life is already expensive as it is. My rates do vary based on the age, location (due to gas) and times/days needed. For example: Overnight or weekend care is a tad more expensive. I do not charge an hourly rate, I charge a daily rate.

What does this cover? For up to 6hrs per day. I take care of anything that entails the health and safety of your child during the time I have them. Being in the comfort of your own home, I feel gives you a little more comfort knowing that your child is already in a safe environment that they are already comfortable with.  I ensure your children are fed, clean, (unless we are purposely being messy for fun projects) has help with homework when needed, and the house is cleaned up of any messes we create. I am also open to making sure your pets are fed and taken for walks while im there. Submit an appointment form so we can talk further and meet. I look forward to hearing from you.
