  • Are products returnable?
    Due to the nature of what we create, refunds are not available. In order to ensure satisfaction, we stay in frequent communication with you about your order and get approvals before we make permanent decisions. Your satisfaction is a priority of ours. However since we cannot re-sell most of our items, we cannot provide returns. We apologize for this decision.
  • How do i get my order?
    If you live in Illinois anywhere between Rockford and Chicago we can either deliver your products or arrange a pickup at both of our convenience. We also provide shipping for items other than furniture. The cost of the shipping depends on the best rates we can find at the time, the size and weight of the package, and where it is going. We always find the best rates for you.
  • How do payments work since they do not work on your website?
    We will eventually be able to take payments online, however we are trying to avoid the extra fees for online payments. This makes our rates much cheaper giving us the freedom to take payments off of the website. For CUSTOM orders we require 50% as a down payment, and the rest upon completion of your order.
