Unfortunately, due to the specialty of the items we make, we do not offer refunds at any time. In order to ensure your satisfacton of custom items, we keep in close and frequent contact with you, and are very specific about what you are looking for. We pride ourselves in spending enough time during consultation and beyond that you and or your loved ones will be satisfied with our work. 

If an item breaks we can discuss making the same item for a discounted rate for your satisfaction.
